I enjoy writing about the joys and challenges of parenting, traveling, living,
and other (sometimes dreadful) experiences.
I love taking photos. I shoot Canon and am weirdly loyal to my gear.
When it comes to photography, I prefer places to people and flowers to families.
I have an affinity for dogs, wine, witty coffee mugs, sarcasm, Scottish Highland cattle
and what some might call an unhealthy obsession with Outlander.
Despite being from Seattle, I loathe the rain, don't eat seafood and didn’t
drink coffee until well into my thirties.
